Our return policy is as follows:
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packing materials until satisfied with the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 7 days upon delivery of the merchandise. When making a return, your credit card will be refunded when the warehouse receives the package; shipping & handling charges are excluded and the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses. If the product was shipped by a freight carrier (i.e. Roadrunner, ABF), please inspect and look for any physical damage before the driver leaves. Make notations on the bill of lading.

All return products must be received in the following condition:
In its original factory condition and packaging, returned in new and unused condition including all packing materials, hardware packs, and manuals. The product must be unassembled/unaltered in any way including stained or finished. Return shipments will be inspected and a restocking fee may be charged.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, if it has been shipped and the order is refused, the order will fall under the standard return policy. Roundtrip charges will be deducted from your refund.
What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?
Our packaging is specially designed to protect our products during shipping. However, in the uncommon occurrence where a shipment arrives broken, damaged or defective in any way, we will ship a replacement order to you free of charge, guaranteed. Please note any damage to the shipment on the delivery paperwork. If the package appears grossly damaged, simply refuse shipment.
- If only a part of an item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We may be able to replace the damaged pieces.
How do I return a product?
1. Call us at (909) 543-0733, or e-mail at:
sales@adirondackchairinc.com. At that time we will provide you with an RA number & return address.
2. Please include the original order number, your name, and the product(s) you are returning.
3. Be sure to take the time to wrap package carefully to prevent any further damage to the product.
4. Closely follow the return shipping instructions.
5. Return products with your preferred shipping method and be sure to save the tracking number for proof of delivery.
